VINCI Energies successfully closed the acquisition of a significant part of the IT services business of Kontron AG (formerly S&T AG) on December 29th 2022. Amanox Solutions, based in Switzerland and formerly part of the S&T Group, has since enriched the portfolio of Axians; VINCI Energies' ICT services brand.
In order to ensure a consistent market presence, the corporate identity of the S&T companies in Poland, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Northern Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro will be unified and the brand name Axians will now be part of the company name.
Amanox Solutions AG is now Axians Amanox AG
As part of a transnational rebranding, Amanox Solutions AG will be renamed and will bear the new company name Axians Amanox AG from 18 September 2023.
Axians Amanox AG will continue to serve its customers and business partners from the Bern and Zurich locations and make business-relevant decisions locally. The local contact persons and competences will also remain unchanged.
