    With the MDR service, a dedicated 24-hour Security Operations Center is not necessary. Instead, Arctic Wolf’s highly qualified iSOC Triage Team takes over the round-the-clock monitoring and analysis of the IT infrastructure. The experience of Arctic Wolf’s Concierge Security Specialists, who support the company as part of the MDR service, complements Energie Thun’s own IT team. Their expertise ranges from analyzing security behaviors to recommending best practices according to the NIST Cyber Security Framework. Thanks to the transparent costs of the MDR service, energy providers can plan their budgets precisely. The service is based on flat-rate pricing and subscriptions rather than billing by data volume, as many other providers do.
